Athlete Classes

Middle School Athletic Performance Class $40 per classFrom $40 per visit with Athletic Performance Class passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This program focuses on creating solid fundamentals of movement and involves an age-appropriate intensity and volume. This class also includes a focus on strength training as a key to safer, healthier, training – and ultimately on-field performance.

Athletes must sign up 24 hours in advance to secure a spot. If an athlete is not signed up, there may not be a coach available.

High School Athletic Performance Class $40 per classFrom $40 per visit with Athletic Performance Class passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class challenges athletes and aims to improve the stability required to compete with greater speed and quickness, and less potential for injury. Strength training will be incorporated and adjusted to meet the needs of each athlete in the training group in order to enhance overall strength and power. Finally, athletes will participate in a conditioning segment each day to build stamina and capacity.

Youth Athletic Performance Class $40 per classFrom $40 per visit with Athletic Performance Class passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is for boys and girls 8-10 years old of all sports and athletic abilities who want to improve their performance on the field or court. Each workout is designed specifically for the younger athlete and incorporates age appropriate training for speed (acceleration, multi-directional and max velocity movement) body strength, agility and overall conditioning.

Adult Training

Adult Morning Class $30 per classA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Our morning class is a “one stop shop” for strength and conditioning, and is the perfect solution for individuals who are seeking to get back into shape, improve overall health, take their fitness to the next level, or stay in top form. Workouts vary daily but all include conditioning, strength training, and total body power exercises. Morning Classes are offered 6 days/week for adults.
